Biography

Kelsey Upchurch is an Austin-based photographer specializing in black and white film portraiture as well as detail-based editorial shoots. Kelsey incorporates her lifelong passion for cinema in her work, creating pictures with high contrast and striking quality of light. Her professional experience as a lab assistant emphasizes her attention to detail and understanding of film chemistry as well as flexibility in her work. Currently, Kelsey is completing her Bachelor of Arts in Photography at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
